Creating Impact
Through Connection

50/50 Mentoring matters in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Empowering Tomorrow's
Leaders Today

Established in 2019 by visionary founder Nicole Hayden in Louisville, KY, Friends of Nicole 50/50 Mentoring Collaborative was created to build a robust conduit for Black women to stand as mentors for young Black girls.

Our mission is unequivocal: nurturing a vibrant pipeline of mentorship to introduce girls to diverse careers and novel experiences. Our commitment is steadfast in equipping these girls with tools for self-expression through art and the transformative realm of technology and social media.

Our impact reaches JCPS and local community centers, fortifying aspirations both close to home and across the globe.
